Make the Astra Redline hot hatch GM never gave North America.

First, aquire Saturn Astra XR 3-door.

Second, purchase 272hp LTG 2.0T Chevy crate engine, along with manual trans that would hook up, probably from a Cobalt or Cruze.

I'm not entirely sure if this would work, but buy suspension kit for Cobalt SS. I mean, they share a platform I'm pretty sure.

Have body kit shipped over from Europeland.

Put all this together and make what would probably be better than the actual Astra OPC Europe got.

I've always thought about this, except I'd use a 4-door instead of a 2-door. The extra doors are more practical plus you can get that awesome panoramic sunroof (a 4-door-only option).

It handled 237 in the OPC, and suspension upgrades would help it handle the power too. I think with enough tuning it'd do just fine.

Then make it RWD, compete with the likes of the X1 and other BMWs. Get the children out of Mustangs and Camaros and into this practical two door RWD hot hatch.
